Visitor Experience & Education Assistant at International Center of Photography

Bridget Conway's work experience includes roles in various organizations. In 2021, they worked as a Visitor Experience & Education Assistant at the International Center of Photography, where they interacted with students, visitors, and staff, and provided information about events and programs. Bridget also worked as an intern at the Smithsonian Institution's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, where they wrote grants and conducted outreach for the Armenian Tourism initiative. Conway also worked as a Writing Tutor at Pioneer Academics, reviewing high schoolers' papers and providing feedback. In 2019, they worked at the Oberlin College Writing Center as a Course Writing Associate and Writing Associate, assisting students with their writing. Bridget also gained experience as a Station Manager and Promotions Director at WOBC-FM Oberlin College and Community Radio, managing operations and organizing programming. Conway's other roles include being a Tutor Supervisor and Tutor at the Oberlin Writing Partnership, a Manager and Promoter at The Dionysus Disco, and an Archival Assistant for writer Renata Adler. Bridget also served as a Summer Intern in Audience Engagement at the Allen Memorial Art Museum and worked as a Barista at Bibo Coffee Co.

Bridget Conway obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature & Studio Art from Oberlin College, where they attended from 2017 to 2021.
