Holly Whitehead

Holly Parkes is an experienced professional in learning development and content management, currently serving as a Learning Developer and Content Development Manager at the International Compliance Association since June 2016. Prior to this role, Holly held positions at Barclays from January 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included investigating Debit Card Fraud Dispute cases and providing exemplary customer service for lost, stolen, and disputed card inquiries. Holly completed a Bachelor's degree in Physiology with Pharmacology at the University of Leicester from 2006 to 2009, following education at Princethorpe College from 2001 to 2006.
