John Ezra Villegas

John Ezra Villegas has extensive work experience in the infrastructure and project delivery industry. John Ezra started their career as the General Counsel and Vice-President for Legal and Contracts at First Balfour in July 2007, where they served until March 2018. John Ezra then joined Makati Development Corporation in May 2018 as the Head of Contracts and Business Development, and held this role until January 2020. Currently, they are working as the Global Contracts Director for Global Engineering - Infrastructure and Project Delivery at International Container Terminal Services, Inc., starting in January 2020.

John Ezra Villegas has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of the Philippines.
