Jose Q. has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Manager at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since August 2015. Previously, Jose held the position of IT Infrastructure Manager at Li & Fung Limited from October 2010 to August 2015, where responsibilities included infrastructure technology development, system design, and network operations.
