Roilo Robel

Roilo Robel currently serves as the HR-Ops Manager at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since 2016, where responsibilities include roster management and manpower deployment within Operations. In addition, Roilo holds a position as a Resource Analyst at Manila International Container Terminal, managing inquiries related to shipments and monitoring operational issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Operation Staff at the same terminal and a Production Assistant at Toon City Animation, Inc., where supervision of layout artists and output analysis were key tasks. Roilo began their career as an Encoder at Mega Metal Products, Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA Computer University, alongside ongoing training in computer networking and further education at the MERALCO Foundation Institute.
