Marc Poskin

Vice President, Estimating at International Contractors, Inc.

Marc Poskin, CPE has extensive experience in the construction industry. Marc served as the Vice President of Estimating at International Contractors, Inc. from April 2007 onwards. In this role, they managed and oversaw the Cost Estimating Department, prepared hard bid proposals, and developed cost estimates for various construction projects. Marc has expertise in the education, retail, big box retail, and commercial construction markets. Prior to this, Marc worked as a Senior Estimator at Turner Construction Company from November 1994 to March 2007. Before that, they were an Owner Representative at META Associates from April 1993 to November 1994.

Marc Poskin, CPE has a diverse education history. Marc obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 1983-1987. Marc then pursued further studies at the same university and earned both a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from 1989 to 1992. Prior to their university education, Marc Poskin attended Ottawa Township High School from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have also obtained two certifications: LEED AP BD+C from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in 2010, and Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) in 2008.
