Colette Dufour

Colette Dufour is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as an RSE JM Carpenter at International Cooling Tower Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Colette gained experience as a Carpentry Apprentice and Millwright Helper at Brad Paddison Contracting from May 2019 to January 2020, and as a Carpentry Apprentice and Rigger at Clark Builders from September 2015 to May 2019. Colette holds a Red Seal Journeyman designation in Carpentry from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, where education was completed between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, Colette completed the Journeywoman Start Program for Pre-Apprenticeship Training at Women Building Futures in 2015, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Victoria from 2008 to 2012.
