Juliana Valle P. Guerra, Ph.D., serves as an Associate Legal Officer at the Cour internationale de Justice since July 2021. Juliana contributed as a rédacteur contributeur for the Institut de Droit International in June 2023 and held the position of Visiting Lecturer in Public International Law at Université Catholique de Lille from September to December 2022. Juliana earned a PhD in Public International Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, where recognition included the prix de thèse. Previous roles encompass a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, Delegate for Legal Affairs at the Permanent Mission of São Tomé to the United Nations, and various legal internships. Academic qualifications include an LLB from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and master's degrees from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and University of Lille 1.
