Elledy Tembo Shumba

Elledy Tembo Shumba currently serves as Human Resources Manager at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since July 2022, focusing on the agriculture sector. Prior to this role, Elledy worked at CURE International, Inc. as Manager of Human Resources and Administration from April 2019 to July 2022, and held the position of Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation from December 2016 to April 2019, both within the healthcare industry. Elledy also contributed as a Consultant for Project Administration and Logistics at Panos Institute Southern Africa (PSAf) in 2016 and was employed as an Executive Assistant at G4S Zambia from August 2009 to February 2016. Elledy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration with Development Studies and an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration II, both obtained from the University of Zambia.
