Gerold Brown is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a MH-47G Civilian Mission Simulator Instructor (CMSI) at INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & RESOURCES INC. since February 2005, transitioning from flightline training to simulator training at Fort Campbell, KY. Prior experience includes over 22 years with the US Army, where Gerold achieved the rank of CW4 and served as a Standardization Instructor Pilot and Flight Lead, overseeing training and safety within Special Operations Aviation Units. Gerold has successfully trained more than 450 students in MH-47G flight operations and holds multiple degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, including a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and Associate degrees in Aviation Safety and Economics, complemented by a high school diploma from O'Fallon Township High School.
