Alphonse Frament

Alphonse Frament is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business management and coaching. Currently serving as an Executive Business Coach at issho since September 2023, Alphonse has held the position of Directeur général at IDC - International Drilling Company since August 2018. Previously, Alphonse was the General Manager for West Africa and Puma Energy Senegal at Puma Energy from January 2013 to April 2017. Alphonse's experience with TOTAL spanned from September 2003 to December 2012, where roles included Project Director, General Manager, and General Director, focusing on downstream activities in Syria and managing LPG businesses in Vietnam. Earlier career highlights include Head of Bulk LPG at TOTAL from September 1999 to July 2003. Alphonse holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur ENSPM from IFP School and completed a business skills program at HEC Paris in November 2007.
