Anatolii Marushchak

Anatolii Marushchak serves as the General Secretary of the International Federation for Information Processing since September 2022 and is a co-founder and strategic advisor at the International Information Academy, focusing on cybersecurity and information law research and training. As a professor at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, Anatolii trains law enforcement personnel. Previous roles include ICT Advisor at UNOPS, where guidance was provided on law, technology, and security, and Director of the Institute of Career Enhancement and Professional Development of the National Academy of the SSU, overseeing educational programs. With extensive experience in legislative analysis, cybersecurity policy development, and educational leadership, Anatolii has held various positions in academic and governmental institutions, contributing to significant advancements in information and cyber law. Academic credentials include multiple degrees in law with a focus on information/cyber law and security from prestigious institutions, as well as ongoing studies as a H. Humphrey Fellow.
