Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer A. Johnson possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021, advising the Board and executive leadership on global legal, sustainability, and corporate security strategies. Previously, at DuPont from 2013 to February 2021, Johnson held various roles including Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed global legal strategy and leadership of the legal team for the Nutrition & Biosciences division. Johnson's earlier career included a partnership at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, focusing on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent litigation. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of Washington and a PhD and BS from the University of California, Berkeley, in Plant Molecular Biology and Genetics and Plant Biology, respectively.
