Kyle Ritz

Kyle Ritz is currently the Director of HR Analytics and PMO at International Flavors & Fragrances. Prior to this role, Kyle spent several years at EY, where Kyle held various positions including People Advisory Services Organizational and Talent Planning Manager, Organizational and Talent Planning Senior, Data Analytics Senior, and Human Capital Talent and Rewards Actuarial Staff. Kyle also completed an internship at CME Group and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with minors in Economics and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business from Bethel College.
