Riccardo Bottaro

Global Head Of Strategy & Pricing at IFF

Riccardo Bottaro currently serves as the Global Head of Strategy & Pricing at International Flavors & Fragrances, leading pricing negotiations and orchestrating a five-year strategy plan for sustainable growth. Prior to this role, Bottaro was the Commercial Strategy & E-COM Senior Manager at LVMH, overseeing the strategy for the Iberian region and supervising key account managers. Experience also includes serving as a Commercial Finance Manager at Reckitt, where top-line improvements were achieved for major brands and strategic planning was implemented for the Hygiene business unit. Previous roles include significant contributions in finance and analysis at both International Flavors & Fragrances and involvement in private equity analysis at Search Fund Accelerator. Bottaro holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano, with further education from Harvard University.
