Sheena Jacob

Sheena Jacob, CCP, serves as the SVP of Total Rewards & People Operations and Workday Implementation Lead at IFF since August 2021, following their roles as VP, Global Head of Total Rewards and Global Compensation & Mobility Lead. Prior to IFF, Sheena held various positions at CIT from 2015 to August 2021, including Director and VP of Compensation. Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as VP of Compensation, Alcoa as Executive Compensation Manager, and American Express in multiple compensation roles also contribute to Sheena's extensive background in the field. Early career experiences include roles at Verizon Wireless and GE as an HR co-op and intern, respectively. Sheena holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from INSEAD and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from Binghamton University.
