Trudy Mills

Trudy Mills is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Design Team Lead for Bakery Bars and Confectionery at IFF since February 2024, Trudy previously held the position of Technical Brand Manager at Tiger Brands from November 2020 to February 2024. Earlier, Trudy was the General Manager of Marketing at Sunspray Food Ingredients (Pty) Limited and spent several years as Technical Manager at quantum AFS. Trudy's career began at Kerry as Bakery Industry Manager and further included a role as Bakery Sales Manager at Quest International. With a strong background in technical and managerial positions, Trudy possesses a deep understanding of marketing and product development within the bakery sector.
