Jean-Pierre Schembri

Jean-Pierre Schembri currently serves as CEO of CPHCL and Company Secretary of IHI, a position held since October 2023, following a tenure as CEO and Company Secretary at Corinthia Group since July 2018. Additionally, Jean-Pierre has extensive experience in communications as the Head of Communications and Stakeholders at the European Asylum Support Office since January 2012 and acts as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta since 2005. Prior roles include chef de cabinet and technical attaché at PREU and EU Funds Manager at the Office of the Prime Minister, along with serving as a Policy Officer at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Malta. Jean-Pierre holds a Master’s degree in European Politics and Administration from the College of Europe and is an alumnus of the University of Malta.
