Shema Najib

Shema Najib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shema began their career in 2001 as an Office Assistant at Harman & Co (Chartered Certified Accountants), where they performed bookkeeping and administrative tasks. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an International Marketing Assistant at the University of Hertfordshire, providing support within the Marketing and Communications department. Shema then worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Sodexo in 2013. In the same year, they joined Crest Schools of English Ltd as an International Sales and Student Recruitment Officer. Shema's most recent experience includes various roles at International House London | IH London, such as Business Development Manager - Europe and Head of Business Development - Europe. Their responsibilities in these roles involved managing sales teams, driving growth, and developing business plans for the European region.
