Lion Huijers

Lion Huijers currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), leading a team of nine HR specialists since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lion held various senior HR positions at PORR Group from November 2012 to June 2022, including Head of International HR Business Partner and Head of HR Service Center. Lion also has extensive experience in HR management from previous roles at CCI, OMV, Trenkwalder AG, Michael Page, ING Bank, and Randstad, specializing in areas such as recruitment, international mobility, and employment law. Lion obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
