Chris Conrad has a diverse work experience in the field of investigations, law enforcement technology, and security. Chris started their career as a Contingency Operations Intern at International Justice Mission in September 2015. Chris then served as an Operations Center Coordinator in the security department from January 2016 to March 2017. Following that, they became a Technology and Training Coordinator for Investigations and Law Enforcement Development, a role they held from April 2017 to October 2019. Currently, Chris is the Global Project Lead for Investigations and Law Enforcement Technology at International Justice Mission. In addition to their work at the organization, Chris also worked as a Research Assistant at Syracuse University from September 2014 to August 2015. Chris co-authored a book chapter on the Black Spots Network and transnational crime.
Chris Conrad earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Spring Arbor University in 2014. Following that, Chris pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations and Security Studies at the Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Chris obtained certifications in various fields, including Design Thinking from IDEO U, Open Source Intelligence from GIAC Certifications, and Project Management from Cornell University.
