In addition, they have several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2020. Jessica also has various certifications in project management principles and practices, managing risks and changes, as well as digital marketing and analytics, obtained from institutions such as Coursera and HubSpot Academy.
