Mikaelah Stark has a diverse work experience history. Mikaelah started their career at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Shift Supervisor, where they quickly rose to the position within five months. Mikaelah managed daily cash operations, supervised shifts and employees, and facilitated new employee training. Following that, they worked as a Work Study Department Assistant and Receptionist at the Community Music School of Webster University before interning at Plowsharing Crafts. As an intern, they created human rights awareness displays, researched the connection between human rights efforts and fair trade standards, and managed inventory.
