Phanna Sorn

Phanna Sorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security management and development. Currently serving as the Security and Risk Manager at International Justice Mission since January 2021, Phanna oversees the management of security personnel. Previously, as Faith and Development Manager at World Vision Cambodia from November 2018 to January 2021, Phanna organized significant events including prayer days and staff retreats. During a tenure at WB FINANCE from June 2012 to June 2018 as Security Coordinator, Phanna was responsible for a wide array of security measures, including office and personnel safety, fire security, and incident management. Phanna holds a Master of Development Management from Nortorn University and a Bachelor's degree in Education and English from the Institute of Foreign Language, along with a High School Diploma in Theology from the International Bible Training Institute in the UK.
