Karen Kasmauski is a seasoned project manager, photographer, and story developer, currently managing Little Black Dog Productions since 2005, focusing on media projects for non-profits and educational institutions. With extensive teaching experience, Kasmauski serves as an instructor for graduate seminars in photojournalism at Corcoran/George Washington University and has held various teaching positions at other universities. As a consultant and photographer for Catholic Relief Services and a senior fellow for the International League of Conservation Photographers, Kasmauski has contributed to visual communication strategies and addressed environmental issues through photography. Additionally, Kasmauski has led photographic expeditions for National Geographic and held a Knight Fellowship at Ohio University, advancing expertise in visual communications and media management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Visual Communications from Ohio University and a Bachelor of General Studies in Anthropology and Religion from the University of Michigan.
