Noel Guevara

Noel Guevara is a distinguished conservation photographer and filmmaker with a broad range of experience in the field. Since March 2023, Noel has served as a National Geographic Explorer, supported by a 2023 National Geographic Grant for a documentary film. As the founder of Noel Guevara Photography since 2017, Noel has worked extensively in the Asia-Pacific region, collaborating with prominent conservation organizations such as Greenpeace International and WWF. Noel has received numerous accolades in international photography competitions, including the Sony World Photography Awards. Additional roles include serving as an Emerging League Fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers, hosting the Hammerhead Gearhead YouTube series, freelancing with Greenpeace, and holding the position of Executive Director at Burnwater Design Studios. Noel has also contributed to the academic field as an adjunct professor at the University of Asia and the Pacific and participated as a preliminary judge for the Jackson Wild Media Awards. Educational credentials include a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
