Rawan Alhumidan

Rawan AlHumidan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rawan started their career as a Public Relations Trainee at SASREF in 2017. From there, they moved on to work as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rezayat Group in 2018. Later that year, they joined ArcelorMittal as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Internal Auditor. In 2020, they joined Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries Company - InoChem, where they served as an Executive Office Administrator and eventually became the Chief Operation Officer and Lead Internal Auditor. Currently, they are working at International Maritime Industries, where they hold the position of Human Resources Analyst II to Vice President, Lead Internal Auditor, and Risk Administrator.

Rawan AlHumidan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Jubail University College, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Rawan also has several additional certifications, including a TOT license from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in 2022, an Internal Auditor certification from IPC - International Personnel Certification Association in 2020, and various certifications in project management and auditing obtained from TUV Nord in 2019 and 2020.
