Lila Mawla

Lila Mawla is a Project Analyst at the International Monetary Fund since December 2022, having previously served as Operations Analyst Report Lead and Data Analyst Intern at the Virginia Department of Corrections from January 2022 to December 2022. Lila also held the role of Administrative Coordinator at Merit Women’s Care from January 2022 to June 2022, and worked as an HR Intern at CHOYCES LLC in the summer of 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as an Athletic Instructor at Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion from April 2019 to July 2021, and as a Gymnastics Instructor at Loudoun County Gymnastics Club from May 2017 to April 2019. Lila Mawla earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2018 and 2022.
