Marianne Aguiar

Marianne Aguiar is a seasoned professional in global procurement and sourcing, currently serving as the Global Procurement Innovation and Improvement Manager at International Paper since September 2018. In this role, Marianne leads the Improve & Innovation Sourcing Team to enhance product solutions, drive growth, and implement optimization programs in manufacturing. Prior to this position, Marianne held several key roles at International Paper, including Global Sourcing Senior Manager in Brazil, where oversight of a large team and purchasing categories was maintained while minimizing risks. Previous experience includes managing raw materials sourcing at International Paper's headquarters, serving as Internal Controls & Business Process Manager, and holding master black belt certifications at Whirlpool and American Express. Marianne holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
