Tyne Brownlow

Tyne Brownlow, SIOR, CCIM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in transportation strategy, supply chain management, real estate development, and commercial real estate brokerage. Currently serving as CTE Transportation Strategy at International Paper, Tyne has held multiple roles within the company since January 2016, including Operations Manager for the IPG Supply Chain and Global Sourcing Manager for Energy. Additionally, Tyne is the President of Leatherman Family Partnership / Irwin Company, overseeing agriculture, real estate development, and outdoor advertising since August 2003. Previous roles include Principal Broker at IP Commercial Properties, Inc., and Managing Director at Studley, both focused on managing International Paper's real estate portfolio in North America. Tyne began a career in real estate as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with NAI Saig Company. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from The University of Memphis.
