Kathleen Flynn

Kathleen Flynn has been with International Partnership for Microbicides since April 2010, starting as the Director of Finance and moving up to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Kathleen has shown proficiency in managing a team of over 10 staff members responsible for a $35M operating budget. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at the University of Maryland Baltimore for 14 years as the Director of Finance at the Institute of Human Virology, where Kathleen established financial frameworks and managed a $10M budget. Kathleen's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business.
