Jeel Alegres

Jeel Alegres has a diverse work experience in the fields of digital marketing, advertising, and brand management.

In 2017, Jeel worked as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Zeath Nemesis, where they showcased their leadership skills.

In 2018, Jeel joined Incase as a Brand Associate, responsible for nationwide retail and enterprise accounts. Jeel later transitioned to Apple, where they served as a Marketing Communications Associate for the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Jeel was then promoted to Brand and Marketing Communications Officer for the Philippines, handling nationwide branding and marketing strategies.

From 2020 to 2021, Jeel worked at Republiq Group of Companies as a Social and Community Manager, handling various clients ranging from hotels and restaurants to influencer councils.

In 2021, Jeel took on multiple roles simultaneously. Jeel joined the International Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IPI) as an Associate and later progressed to the position of Senior Associate in Digital Media and Agency. At IPI, Jeel was responsible for project management, social media management, influencer marketing, community management, media planning and buying, e-commerce management, and stakeholder management. This position allowed him to work on a wide range of international markets and product offerings.

In the same year, Jeel also became a Seasoned Digital Marketing Mentor for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at Google Business Group - GBG Cebu, sharing their expertise and knowledge in digital marketing.

Jeel also contributed to the industry as a Committee Member for the Means and Ways Awards at the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines.

In 2023, Jeel took on additional roles as a Volunteer Panelist at Ad Standards Council Philippines.

Jeel Alegres holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, which was obtained from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Jeel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ateneo de Manila University, starting from 2021 with no specified end year. In addition to formal education, Jeel has obtained several certifications in various digital marketing platforms, such as Google, Twitter, and YouTube.
