Marjolein van Leeuwen

Marjolein van Leeuwen is a partner at JPR Advocaten since October 2007, specializing in corporate law, particularly in areas such as mergers, shareholder relations, and contract drafting. In addition to this role, Marjolein serves on the Board of Directors of the International Practice Group since October 2022, fostering global connections among legal and financial professionals. Marjolein has contributed to various professional organizations, including serving as a lecturer at the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten and holding leadership roles in Jong Management VNO-NCW and the Stichting Warm Winterlicht. Marjolein holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Radboud University and completed VWO at St. Ludgercollege.
