Carrie Schildroth

Carrie Schildroth has extensive experience in global recruiting and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Recruiting Operations at the International Rescue Committee since February 2013. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Senior Recruiter and worked as a consultant with various non-profit organizations from April 2011 to February 2013. Carrie previously spent over a decade at the International Rescue Committee in various capacities, including Senior Director and Director of Organizational Development, as well as roles in human resources. Carrie holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
