Connie Robson

Connie Robson is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Global Recruiter at the International Rescue Committee since July 2010, where additional responsibilities include the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Connie has a strong background in various roles, including Principal at Jameson Bailey LLC since June 2007, and previously held positions such as Senior International Recruiting Consultant at Management Systems International from October 2009 to 2010, and Recruitment Specialist at Save the Children US from 1999 to 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Trail Blazer Camps from 2005 to 2006 and Regional Human Resources Manager at Executone from 1999 to 2005, as well as Recruitment Consultant at Cabot Supermetals from 1997 to 2005.
