Joe Kuria

Joe Kuria is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR systems management and support, currently serving as the Global HR Systems Support Manager at the International Rescue Committee since May 2021. In this role, Joe oversees the maintenance of HRIS platforms, including Workday and Cornerstone, while managing issue resolution for a client base spanning over 35 countries. Previous positions include HR Lead Advisor at Diageo and HR Contact Centre Specialist at East African Breweries Ltd, where Joe focused on enhancing customer service experiences and managing employee lifecycle queries. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kenyatta University and is pursuing further education in Software Development at Moringa School, along with a Higher Diploma in HR from the College of Human Resources Management.
