Pooja Anand is an accomplished leader in talent management and organizational performance with extensive experience in various roles, primarily at Siemens and the International Rescue Committee. Currently serving as the Director of Global Performance Enablement at the International Rescue Committee, Pooja Anand focuses on aligning individual performance with organizational growth. During tenure at Siemens, Pooja Anand held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Talent & Leadership for the Americas, where efforts led to a groundbreaking talent management practice and strategic workforce initiatives. Pooja Anand's experience also includes consulting roles at Nokia and The World Bank, along with an early career in banking and institutional marketing. Pooja Anand holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and additional qualifications in psychology and marketing.
