Laura Toscan

Laura Toscan serves as a Junior HR Administration Specialist at IRU since May 2024. Previously, Laura held the position of Manager of Candidate Relations at Hays from March 2022 to February 2024, specializing in recruiting temporary positions for NGOs and International Organizations, managing the full life cycle of recruitment, and acting as the main HR contact for temporary consultants. Earlier experience includes roles as Hôtesse d'accueil and Assistante de recrutement at KTNM Concepts Sàrl and an academic internship at the Musée d'ethnographie de Genève. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Geneva and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in European Studies at the same institution, along with a Certificate in HR Management from IFP - Institut de formation permanente.
