Troy Carl

Troy Carl is an experienced leader in both ministry and business sectors, currently serving as President of International Scripture Ministries since January 2016. Previously, Troy held the position of Vice President at Faith Comes By Hearing, where responsibilities included fundraising and technological developments, achieving a 300% revenue increase. Troy was also President and CEO of eStarNetwork, leading a private equity-funded marketing firm, and played a key role in the merger and acquisition team as Director-Vice President at Cognigen Networks Inc., contributing to the company's IPO. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at WorldConnect Communications and acting as Pastor-Director of Missions at Believers Center of Albuquerque. Troy's educational background includes a degree in Theology and Pastoral Care from Word of Faith Bible College.
