Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmentally friendly products. Concurrently, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana has had experience as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
