Noah Morros

Noah Morros is a co-founder of Launch Innovation Labs, dedicated to consulting student-run startups since October 2023. Currently serving as a Legislative Intern for Deputy Speaker Mila Jasey at the New Jersey Assembly Democratic Office, Noah handles constituent matters and offers advisory support on legislation. As a composer and musician, Noah has achieved over 11 million streams on platforms like Spotify and has been featured in over 100,000 playlists. An elected Boys Nation Senator, Noah represents New Jersey following participation in New Jersey's Boys State, where numerous leadership positions were held. Noah is also a Research Fellow at the International Socioeconomics Laboratory and serves as a Student Representative on the SOMSD Board of Education, engaging with over 7,000 students. Additionally, Noah founded Exponential Advantage, a non-profit organization focused on providing high-quality graphing calculators to those in need. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Critical Intelligence Studies at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Noah completed high school at Columbia High School in June 2023.
