Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in the energy, medical, and security sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for International Assignee Services at International SOS since March 2022, Paul manages a team focused on placements in remote areas across various countries. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles at Airswift, including Recruitment Director for the Middle East and CIS region, Recruitment Director for Europe and Africa, and Recruitment Manager, where responsibilities included strengthening recruitment structures, enhancing client relationships, and specializing in senior appointments.
