Russell K. has a long and varied work experience. From 2009 to 2017, they were employed by International Stem Cell Corporation, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President, Head of R&D. In 2017, they took on the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Lifeline Skin Care, Inc., while also becoming an Executive Board Member at Cyto Therapeutics Pty. In 2019, they became President of the World Raw Powerlifting Federation Americas, and in 2020 they became Company Owner and Executive Chairman at Kern Talent Agency, Inc.

Russell K. holds a Master's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and a PhD in Neuroscience from New York University.
