Jérôme Belleman has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Jérôme has worked at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as the Head of IT Support & Operations, where they led a team responsible for collecting IT requirements, providing support, and improving processes for maximum efficiency. Jérôme Belleman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences from Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire from 1999 to 2003. Jérôme then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2003 to 2010.
