Nicola Peart

Nicola Peart is an English qualified barrister based in Washington, DC, with extensive experience in international law. Currently affiliated with Three Crowns LLP since December 2015, Nicola represents and advises private and sovereign clients before international courts and tribunals while registered as a Special Legal Consultant in the District of Columbia. Since April 2019, Nicola also serves as the Legal Secretary to the International Tennis Federation's Ethics Commission, providing guidance on the ITF Code of Ethics. Previous roles include pupil barrister at Doughty Street Chambers focusing on criminal and public international law, and Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where assistance was provided on international law disputes.
