Eiman Elmasry

Eiman Elmasry has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Eiman is currently working at ITCILO since 2018, where they started as a Process & Content Coordinator and Scrum Master in the Learning Innovation department. Eiman then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Officer in the Office of the Director of Training and is currently serving as the Quality Assurance, Data and Analytics Officer.

Before joining ITCILO, Eiman worked as a top-rated translator, editor, and language expert at Upwork from 2015 to 2017.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at CLC Educational Group, overseeing operations and management.

In 2005, Eiman worked at Bibliotheca Alexandrina as the Head of Grants & Research Activities Unit.

Eiman started their career in 2002 as an IT Trainer, Web & Software Developer at CompEx for Information Technology, before working as a Pharmacist at the Ministry of Health & Population in Egypt from 2000 to 2001.

Eiman Elmasry completed a Micromasters degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2020. Prior to that, Eiman earned a Diploma of System Development in Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in 2002. Eiman's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University, which was obtained between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, Eiman has obtained various certifications in data analytics, instructional design, and technology from institutions such as edX, LinkedIn, and the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). Eiman's most recent certification was in Analyzing Data with Excel, obtained from edX in 2024.
