Phil Linebaugh

Phil Linebaugh has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the aviation industry. Phil started their career in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller and Supply Specialist from 1981 to 1990. Phil then moved on to work as a Flight Operations Specialist at Universal Weather and Aviation from 1990 to 1993. Following that, they worked at Baseops International as Manager of Flight Operations from 1993 to 2003. Phil then joined Universal Weather and Aviation again as a Master Trip Support Specialist from 2003 to 2009. Finally, they joined International Trip Planning Services, LLC, where they held roles as V.P. of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer, starting in 2009.

Phil Linebaugh attended Eastern New Mexico University from 1983 to 1987. Before that, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1980 to 1981, where they studied Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Roane State Community College from 1979 to 1980, also studying Business Administration. Phil Linebaugh obtained their High School Diploma from Harriman High School from 1976 to 1979, focusing on various high school subjects.
