Abdelrahman Osama

Abdelrahman Osama, ACCA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as Finance Manager - Corporate Reporting at International Turnkey Systems since January 2014, Abdelrahman has significantly contributed to securing parent company approval for capital increases and has engaged in strategic discussions regarding the group's long-term plans. Prior to this role, Abdelrahman was Unit Head of Financial Analysis at Ernst & Young from September 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing audit processes for a diverse client portfolio and evaluating internal control systems. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Auditor at KPMG Egypt from March 2006 to August 2008, focusing on control test work and substantive audit procedures. Educational qualifications include an ACCA qualification obtained between 2008 and 2013 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Cairo University, earned from 2001 to 2005.
