Dr. Salmah Eva-Lina L. serves as an Honorary Associate Professor at the Australian National University and an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University, while also holding the position of Board Member at WaterAid Australia. In the role of Director of Systemic Change and Partnerships at the International Women's Development Agency, Dr. L. leads initiatives aimed at promoting women's rights and gender equality across nine countries, managing a significant portfolio of $30 million. With experience as a Governance Advisor and Gender Specialist for the UN, and in various advisory roles, Dr. L. has developed frameworks for the localization of power and ethical governance. Educational credentials include a PhD in Gender and Cultural Studies from The Australian National University and multiple master's degrees from Deakin University in International and Community Development, International Relations, and Business Administration.
