Bradley Watson

Bradley Watson is an experienced executive in operational excellence and program management, currently serving as SVP and Head of Operational Excellence in TRATON R&D since November 2023. Previously, Watson held various leadership roles at Navistar Inc, including Vice President of Program Management and Operations Strategy and Director of the Program Management Office, overseeing corporate program management and leading significant operational efficiency initiatives. Watson also managed a strategic alliance between Volkswagen Truck & Bus and Navistar while directing major product development programs. Watson's experience extends to military service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and includes significant roles at Goodrich in defense-related product development and at CNN as an Associate Producer. Watson earned a Pre-Law degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
